The 4th annual ACF "Arthur Niederhoffer" National Youth Tournament for youth 21 and under will took place (Saturday & Sunday) July 19 & 20, 2008 at Las Vegas Plaza Hotel & Casino 3rd floor North Tower in the Jockey room.
