Registration: 8-9:00 AM in fellowship hall Friday morning. Brief Business Session, including Welcome & Door prizes, awarding all contestants a nice checker book. Play begins 10:00 AM, Entry Fee: $15. Any contributions to support the tournament will be appreciated.

As in the past, the tournament will be played under 3Move, using the Swiss System of scoring.  There will be 8 rounds at 2 games per round of 1 hour per game time limit. We will play 4 rounds Friday, 1 round before lunch and 3 afterwards, Break for 1 hour Lunch at 12:00 A delicious buffet lunch. Refreshments/coffee/juice/drinks/fruits & snakes available throughout tournament. Start at 8 AM Saturday 2 Rounds before Lunch and 2 afterwards. Directions:  From Quality Inn on Piedmont Dr. go East .4 miles toward Greensboro St.  turn left onto NC-1844 / Greensboro St, continue .8 miles then turn left on Hill Everhart Rd, continue .5 miles to Gethsemane Baptist Church on right. (Total less than 2 miles & > 5 minutes driving time)

Hotel Directions:  I-85, exit on 96, follow 64 West 3.5 miles to intersection, Quality Inn across 85 business loop on right.  See Waffle House tower sign then Quality Inn. Deluxe continental breakfast featuring fresh brewed coffee, bagels, muffins, assorted pastries, fresh fruit, hot and cold cereals and hot waffles. Most players will lodge at the Quality Inn in Lexington (418 Piedmont Drive 336-249-0011) as last year.  It is a short drive to Gethsemane Baptist Church on 622 Hill Everhart Rd. phone: 336-243-1782

Tournament Trophies and Plaque certificates will be awarded to top position winners.

Results and scores reported to ACF as a sanctioned tournament.
