For reservations at Comfort Suites, call 615-443-0027 (total cost is $92.95 including tax) or at Econo Lodge  (map), call 615-444-1001 (total cost is $69.70 including tax). Please call before July 9, 2017 for reservations; otherwise the rate is $140. Please make your reservation early. You should book you room early before the dead line because you have until 4:00 PM before the date of your arrival to cancel without charge or penalty. There is NO guarantee the rates will apply or the room will be available after July 9, 2017. You have a choice to register at Comfort Suites or Econo Lodge. We get credit at both places, but the playing room is located at Comfort Suites since it is a larger room. The playing room is free provided a combined total (from both hotels) of 40 rooms are rented; otherwise, there is a daily fee. Both locations have a continental breakfast.

On Monday, July 24, registration will be 10:00 - 11:00 AM followed by a business meeting.

We anticipate 3 Divisions with Swiss + 1 Repair Round or Round-Robin pairings, and scoring by game.  Our proposed tournament is 3 division, playing 10 rounds over 4 days, in this format: 2+3+3+2 rounds from Monday thru Thursday as 2 ½ hours per round as two 1¼ hour games.  Masters, Majors, and Minors will follow the same format. If we don't have the numbers to support 3 divisions we will play a format that is best suited for a division or participants. The Master entry fee is $40, Majors is $30, and Minors is $20 with all players required to be current ACF membership. Current ACF ratings will dictate Masters: 1950 and above, Majors: 1700 to 1949, and Minors: 1699 and below.
