This is your personal invitation to participate in the 2015 GAYP National Checker Tournament. Let’s get excited and invite a friend and have a significantly large group of players this year! We have an excellent tournament venue with two hotel lodging accommodations to fit your budget, a nice playing conference room, and a hot bar type buffet continental breakfast. Frank and Mary Davis agreed to direct the tournament and ACF will help sponsor it. Frank bid the National with assurance we would raise the bid which we have obtained generous pledges to support the Davis team in their effort, and we are continuing to ask for financial support.

The purpose of this letter is to ask those contributors who have already pledged to start sending in their donations and all others to add their support now.

This 2015 GAYP National event will be extra special. Comfort Suites is a family oriented stay with an indoor pool plus a lot to do in and round Lebanon. It is just 30 miles from Nashville.
