B.W. "Benton" Jones died 2002 age 93

Benton W. Jones was a retired fireman who lived on Rankin Avenue, Gastonia, NC.  He was an active tournament player and won the NC State Tournament "Class B" Division in 1979 and 1983.  Benton was the owner of an excellent Checker Library which was sold on ebay by Ken Latell. (over 500 books)
