13 - 91 usually doesn't play
checkers on Saturday Larry made the
decision before the last round started to get rid of the bye by award Moiseyev
the bye round since he was 5 points ahead of runner-up Laverty, which
guaranteed him 1st place no matter what his last round results, and to evenly
pair the rest of the field for their final round. A bye or withdrawal doesn't
effect ratings. Howard Gains was the furthers away distant traveling player by 635 miles &
