Henry Frugard of 545 Ovington Avenue, Brooklyn, New York died this afternoon, 12/19/2010, at the hospital just shy of his 75 birthday.  He has suffered health problems all summer, in and out of the hospital and caught a bad cold early this week and finally went in today and died several hours later. Henry lost his leg, due to his diabetes in mid September 2004. He was preceded in death by his father John and mother Mary Frugard.  Survived by a son, Christopher John Frugard of Florida and sister Evelyn H. Frugard, of Brooklyn, NY.  According to his sister, funeral service is incomplete, cremation arrangements are closed to public with ashes interred beside his parents in Ocean View Cemetery, Oakwood, NY.  Henry used the name viking 545 on the original internet checkers site at MSN King Zone which moved to Kurnick and later PlayOK.com.  Henry was loved by many players who knew and played games with him.  He also was a frequent minors opponent at the yearly Tennessee State Open in Lebanon.  We will miss Henry.  Pal Bucker called me this afternoon relating the sad news which he will post something on the ACF Forum.  (click below link)
