2015 New England States Open & District 1
District 1 contains States: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, & Vermont

The New England States Open & District 1 Championship will be held at the home of Richard & Catherine White, 8 Pine Street, Dover, Massachusetts 02030-2423 (map), Saturday, June 20th, 2015.

Results:

 This year’s District 1 Tournament was dominated by Alexander Weaver (NJ, 7 wins and 1 draw) and George Gerhauser (NY, 5 wins 3 draws).  We encourage them to show up again next year and bring Jimmy O’Grady along.  The District 1 and Massachusetts titles for 2015 are split between Joseph Margolin and Richard White 4-3-1), followed by Steve Kelly, Fred Follis, Eric Reid, Steve Catanese, and John Hanagan.

The tournament is paired 1st round by the director Richard White and after that, finished players pair themselves with whoever is available until everyone has played each other.
